Las Fincas  is an eco-friendly community. As such, we have some basic
rules to insure the quality of life for our community. We won't allow trees
to be cut, land to be scraped or waterways to be violated. We have
limitations on how large you can build and do not allow subdivision. No
clubhouses, community pools or putting greens here, just nature the way
it was intended.

Las Fincas is a solar powered community; a basic system is included in
the purchase price. Water from our well is provided, in fact there are no
hidden costs and it's a fee-simple purchase. We are insured by First
American Title Insurance Co. for your peace of mind.
