Nica Dev is serious about giving back to our community. A
moderate portion of your purchase price will go to build The Nica
Dev Fund- non government organization- that will be administered
by a board of directors and will be infused directly back into the
immediate communities of Escamequita, Las Parcelas and San
Juan del Sur.

This aid could be in many forms, including but not limited to a
library, updating the school house, assisting in supplies and
fixtures, developing baseball or futbol teams for the children of the
area and of course to managing the impact we have on the
environment.
